For Business Customers
Our paid sessions are offered to businesses and professionals only. By booking, you confirm that you are booking for your business or profession, not as a private consumer.
What You Are Booking
- Advisory consultation: a 55-minute call on strategy, sales or operations, €300.
- Owned CRM software audit: a one-hour call on the software you use today and what it would take to own it instead, $299.
The price you pay is the one shown on the booking page when you book. Where the booking page says so, the amount you paid is credited against later work you hire us for.
Price, VAT and Payment
Prices are plus VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full when you book, through Stripe, our payment processor. We issue an invoice for every payment; if you need specific billing details on it, such as a VAT number, reply to your booking confirmation.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
- You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts, using the link in your confirmation email, and receive a full refund if you cancel.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and sessions you do not attend, are not refunded.
- If we need to cancel or move a session, we will offer you a new time, and if none suits you, we will refund you in full.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Recording
We do not record sessions without asking everyone on the call first.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
