Memorable Green - Unipessoal Lda ("Memorable Green", "we", "us") is a transatlantic advisory practice headquartered in Faro, Portugal. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

How We Use Your Information

Our lawful bases under the GDPR are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and growing a professional services practice, and compliance with legal obligations.

Cookies & Analytics

We place no advertising cookies and we build no advertising profiles about you. We are not in the business of selling attention, and nothing on this site is here to follow you somewhere else.

Two things measure how the site is used. The first is our own analytics, which counts page views and sets no cookies, though it does store a small identifier in your browser so that a returning visit is not counted as a new person. The second is Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through a page so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity sets its own cookies, and Microsoft processes that data on our behalf.

Where the law asks for your permission before anything is stored on your device, which covers the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Brazil, we ask first, and Clarity stays off unless you accept it. In the United States and most other countries a clear notice is what is required, so Clarity runs by default and this section is that notice.

Either way the choice stays yours, and you can change it whenever you like: . Turning Clarity off also clears the cookies it set.

Any third-party platform you reach through links on our site (for example a scheduling page or a social network) is governed by that platform's own cookie and privacy practices.

Social Media & Third-Party Platforms

We maintain a presence on professional platforms, including LinkedIn, and we use those platforms' official tools and approved interfaces to publish content and manage our pages. When we do, we act in accordance with each platform's terms and use the data they provide solely to operate our own accounts and respond to people who engage with us. We do not scrape these platforms, and we do not collect data about you from them beyond what the platform makes available to us through its sanctioned tools. Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own privacy policy.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run our practice:

International Transfers

We are a transatlantic practice, and some of our providers and advisors are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognized mechanism.

How Long We Keep It

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
